Anything else i try to tell you will lessen that statement. Here is how selling my house worked. I called Wendy, told her what i wanted to sell. She came over, we talked, she recommended what i could do to help sell the house faster. I signed the agreement, did those things recommended, got out of the way, house was listed, the showings started, house sold in seven days, date was set for the legal signing, all parties signed, i hugged Wendy, one hour later picked up my check, did the "Snoopy dance"..... been smiling ever since!
